You are required to provide your official transcript(s) and proof of degree(s) to the Graduate School. Please bring your required official documents (transcripts and diplomas) with you as you travel to Michigan. You will need to drop them off at the Graduate School on one of the dates below.
Register to submit your Transcript(s) and Proof of Degree(s)
We ask that you come only during your registered day between 9am and 1pm.
You will need to login to the form using your application login and password (not your MTU details).
What to bring
- Official transcripts and proof of degree for bachelor's degrees and higher.
- Official Documents (transcripts, proof of degrees) drop-off form, filled out and attached to your materials.
Document guidelines
- Provisional Certificates are not accepted as proof of degree.
- Provide your transcript at this time, you will be expected to provide your original degree certificate once it is available.
- Transcripts are to be in a sealed envelope, directly from your previous institution.
- If your transcripts were sent directly to us from your previous institution, you do not need to register for a time.
- Failure to provide both your official transcript and proof of degree for your bachelor's degree, will result in a hold on your account in your second semester.
